I use the Old Navy app often, and it actually works really well for me. Checkout is quick, I can find my size without any hassle, and my order updates show up right away.

I got my points without any issue, so that part was fine. But the rewards expire way too fast, like, there is absolutely no way anyone can convince me that timeline makes sense. It’s okay overall, just more confusing than it needs to be.

They have really cute stuff, but it’s kind of embarrassing how many times I’ve gone to order something and my size is already sold out. I get excited, add things to my cart, and then realize I can’t even buy half of it. Super frustrating

They did help me out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took way longer than I expected. Customer service was okay overall, just not as quick as I’d hoped. If it keeps taking this long, I might have to start looking at other options.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a hoodie from Old Navy online, and one of them showed up in the wrong size. Which, isn’t the end of the world, mistakes happen. But then trying to get it fixed through chat was such a headache, and I swear they kept asking me the same questions over and over like nobody was reading the conversation.

They did eventually refund me, but it took around 10 days and I had to check in twice myself. I was shopping for basics, not trying to manage a whole customer service project, you know? Also, there wasn’t really any apology, just those robotic copy-paste type messages.

I still like a lot of their clothes when the sizing works out, and the hoodie was cute, so it’s not like I’m never shopping there again. But ordering online feels a little risky now if something goes wrong. I’d probably think twice next time, or maybe just go in-store if I actually need the item soon.

On top of that, one of my items was missing, so I ended up having to call support later. i mean, it did take a while for customer service to get back to me, but once they did, they were able to fix my issue.

Got my Old Navy order today. the box looked great. Clean packaging, no rips, no smashed corners or anything. Opened it up and everything inside was fine too. So yeah, no complaints here.

I ordered, well, I grabbed a few shirts from Old Navy, and they ended up arriving sooner than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow too. One of the items came a day after the others, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I ordered a few basics from Old Navy and, the sizing was close for me. The jeans fit about how I thought they would. The shirts were maybe a tiny bit loose, or maybe I’m just overthinking it, but they still seem fine. I used to order from Old Navy all the time, but lately the sizing is just all over the map. I bought three pairs of jeans in the exact same size, and somehow only one fit right. Same thing with shirts, one will feel huge, the next one is weirdly tight. I’m not saying there’s a secret sizing roulette wheel in the back somewhere, but it feels like it. Online shopping is already a gamble, and dealing with returns just makes it more annoying. Prices are still decent, but I don’t really trust their size chart anymore.

Old Navy is okay overall, but the promo codes can be hit or miss. Sometimes they apply right away, and other times it looks like they’ll work until you get to checkout and then suddenly they don’t, which is super annoying. I’ve still found some decent deals when a code actually goes through, but I really wish they made it clearer before you get all the way to the end. Not awful, just not the most reliable

The color didn’t really look the same as it did in the photos, but it’s still fine overall.

I’ll give Old Navy’s site credit, it’s easy to use, especially for a big retailer site that could easily be a mess. The filters actually helped me find what I was looking for, and checkout was straightforward. A few pages loaded slower than I’d like, but i still got what I needed without much trouble.
